The box mate Very Happy
Wouldn't hurt getting your engine strengthened too or is it just missing from your engine spec ?

Thought that turbo you've bought was good for over 500bhp

Mate would rather just rebuild the engine and go 2.1 but that's another time

Will get parts fitted and mapped and see how it goes

Gary your going to absolutely destroy your car running that turbo without the 6speed and engine forged mate. You will need to get the power seriously retarded and its not such a good thing to run a turbo that's not anywhere near its full potential either. Like Daz says your better off waiting until your car is ready to run the turbo properly mate.

Absolutely - Tropical Fanta is the way forward, as well as a rear mount intercooler and a 1 inch exhaust off a Saxo - best mods ever lol! lol!

My 20g has killed 3 x 5 speed boxes bud, rips them to bits. Need a minimum of 6 speed and then its a time bomb as to when the engine goes ...

I have done the same, on 6 speed now and holding on well .... Aiming for a few more goes out before it goes badly wrong!!

Think I'd also be looking into prices for six speed boxes.

Quite a few places will supply a complete kit for the forged build, are you Defoe going down the 2.1 route or just forging the 2.0?
