| Lovely base to start with bud. Those shiny headlights could do with some nice chrome bulbs and the chrome reflector sprayed a nice satin black :-) |

Well if you have a Jeremy Beadle hand you might be able to get to the bulbs but I don't know anyone who has managed it yet? Hawkeye lights are a PITA to remove....but i am used to it now I've done it so many times The paint should last as long as the car mate as it's in a sealed unit so not exposed to anything but the heat of the lights. Daz - now you know I have several hammers available to bray the lenses apart |

| My mk4 golf is kinda the same, had to use extra long needle nose pliers.
But seems good ill pay you a visit in the near future to get the sorted, as ur the resident expert! what's ur ideas on fog light? |

| 1st time i got a "slap on the wrist" was when the wagon went off the road and the missus went up to sort out the road closure & removal of the turbine with the police.... did not go down well turning up in my car with a beacon on top!!! | |
