Lovely base to start with bud. Those shiny headlights could do with some nice chrome bulbs and the chrome reflector sprayed a nice satin black :-)

The only thing is you need to remove the lights to get the feckers in so might as well do that at the same time as the headlight split and paint

Well if you have a Jeremy Beadle hand you might be able to get to the bulbs but I don't know anyone who has managed it yet? Hawkeye lights are a PITA to remove....but i am used to it now I've done it so many times

The paint should last as long as the car mate as it's in a sealed unit so not exposed to anything but the heat of the lights.

Daz - now you know I have several hammers available to bray the lenses apart lol!

I don't have any front fog lights on my STI mate - so not sure what to do with them.

I would blank them off with STI covers or there are really cool carbon fibre covers - but it's persoanl choice mate - it's your baby an you've gotta put your own mark on her that you are happy with.

I have changed loads of hawkeye indicator builds, takes 2 mins to do, you have to go in through the wheel arch with the wheel turned.....Simples Smile

I never thought of that FFS lol!  - But I suppose he wants the chrome reflector painted black anyway - I've never taken a wheel arch liner out before - bound to loose a finger knowing me lol!
