moxxi's build Empty
PostSubject: moxxi's build   moxxi's build EmptyFri 3 Jan - 1:33

Hi guys and girls alot of you have seen my car evolve over the years so here I go.
When I bought my impreza back in 2010 I sat down looking at and decided the fallowing :-

Learning how to handle and look after a impreza. (Always learning so will never complete this)

A better induction set up from the bodged set  (proper k&n kit fitted)

Better brakes (fitted and thanks to andy bush for the help with the rears and the tow lol )

Better suspension (fitted and thanks to nick cripps)

Sort out the horrible windscreen wiper arm that damaged (replaced)

Change the horrible alloys (much improved with current alloys)

Replace standard exhaust (none of the exhaust is standard)

Rear anti roll bar conversion (still working on this)

Fit a front splitter ( still to find one I like)

Fit a rear diffuser ( on order collecting in April )

Change out the lights to HIDs ( binned this idea when found out unless fitting lense wash are illegal so changing as much as I can to LEDs )

Reconditioning of the paint work (still working towards this)

Fit mud flaps ( sorted thanks to mike david Dunn)

Tint windows (done)

Fit a carbon fibre hood with bonnet scoop

They where my main goals along with one big one that will probably never happen but iv not stopped researching it as there's always a chance and thats doing a turbo conversion.
Along the way  iv acquired a lot of unexpected mods

Genuine borla unequal length manifold

Genuine spec c spoiler ( thanks to the old low spoiler been vandalised )

Wrx version 6 front seats (sold on)

Wrx version 10 front and rear seats (thanks anth Mac)

Hidden din pocket (thanks Craig)

Blue sti carpet (thanks Stevep)

Momo shield pedals (thanks mike for fitting them)

Front and rear strut brace (soon to get the hydrotech treatment)

De tango head light ( thanks mario)

Plasma heater dials and plasma speedo/rev counter and fuel dials will be fitted on my return

Sti arb front and rear (thanks mario)

New gear stick gator (on its way)

A great nickname

Two red and black nuts and washers ( thanks mario)

Painting my wheel nuts black befor nbo ( thank mario darren and nick for that idea)

Thanks to lian and John for bring out my car in its greatest condition its ever been (only lasted 24hrs thanks to the blast around the lakes )

Set of ht leads when mine snapped ( thanks to andy bish and david Dunn for there help on this matter)

A induction snorkel that yet be fitted ( thanks Atwrx)

A new pro r gear knob

Sti blue door cards

Full replacement of the door speakers

And tbh some of the best people iv ever known outside the army and the best club a person could ask
(thanks mike for introducing me and to all for the awesome welcome).

No doubt iv missed something out and that will not be the end of my project. Thank you to all that have helped my crappy sport that would have only turned heads because of its odd pacific blue paint, in to something that gets a lot of intrest both good and bad.

THANK YOU EVERYONE
