Ive told the organizing committe I want a minimum 50 car allowance with a potential to cater for up to 80. In less than a week we've got 40 on the list, so I'm thinking closer to the upper number than the lower. We've got over 300+ members on this time last year  

We had 79 names on the list at close last year, but I cant recall how many actually turned up on the day - around 60 I think.

What we need is someone whos it to rc helicopter hobie some of the cameras that can fit to rc heilos are amazing gets some great picks and iddy I dont mind throwing in a couple of quid to help with the spec sheets

Has any member recently started a business in the motor/subaru industry, could give them a preferential spot to showcase there business, as we did for Locky last year!

Maybe have a swap or for sale area, give people a chance to off load bits n pieces they've collected over the years (subaru related) or donated stuff for charity?

I know Kempy, it's nuts, but you can always rely on the NESF massive rocking up for something like this. We'll probably stick £500 in the charity kitty minimum just driving onto the field!!

Tell you what Daz, that swap/sale idea isn't bad, even if we just do it amongst the club members. If folks wanted to bring along their unneeded bits and bobs we I'm sure we could sort something out and give some proceeds to the charity. What you reckon chaps ??

So will there be a rear window sticker again? Could make up say an extra 100 on top of nesf members ones to sell on the day at the nesf stand, give all money raised from them to the charity too. Might have to change the format of it a bit tho, maybe the usual NBO 12 but with a small NESF.forumotion.co.uk or just nesf underneath?

Ive already briefed our graphics supplier and we are getting our heads together. I'm also liaising with the CS squad to ensure no violation of whatever stipulation was laid out last time, but I think it was all a storm in a teacup so I'm not unduly concerned.

I think there was a stall there last year (or maybe year before) that sold 2nd hand or recon stuff, but not sure how much trade they got. Perhaps folks are wary of buying that stuff off 'strangers', whereas if club members turned up with stuff as per Daz's idea then at least you'd have more confidence of parts being kosher and at least having a face to go back to if there was a problem. We've all got stuff laying around the garage we either dont want or dont need and havent been able to flog or cant bear to get rid of. We could bring it along and make some sales or trades - get some cash for ourselves and agree a percentage that could be shot into the charity bucket

Put your name on the official list in the NBO section. Will cost you £10 on the day and whatever spending money you take. That's about it.

Like Kieth says, we all have bits n bobs lying around, I've got stuff from me classic to get rid of, and the forsale section on here is always buzzing but postage and distance prob put few people off, am sure if everyone brings there wears and puts them on show for people to handle and dare I say it HAGGLE, we all might pick up that bargain we've been looking for.

Not a lot, fog cover, brackets, ICV , just bits in a box, will have a tidy closer to the time, nowt special but some one might need em, just think we could all maybe tag bits up with yr of car and price, was just a thought, am always on the look out for bits n pieces, even if they need modifying or a refurb.

Iv got a boot spoiler the low bog/blob one a rear bug light wrx bonnet scoop standard air box with new k&n filter sat at home

Sounds good , I missed last year but should be on for this year . I will require some Nesf stickers tho lol
