Carbon Aero Racing

Just a quick introduction to myself and my new business.

I've owned my Impreza for 4 years now, since I got it I've been looking to improve every aspect of it. For the last couple of years, I've been on the lookout for Aero parts that perform as well as they look. Sadly, the only bits available are only aesthetic pieces, or stupidly expensive. Coupled to that, is the fact that customer service from large companies, is generally abysmal, I wasn't happy giving them my hard earned! I've just finished a 4 year contract in Afghanistan and thought it was about time I did something I enjoy. So, that leads me to where we are now.

I'm now making carbon fibre aero parts that are good enough for show, but actually perform, for those of us that like to use our cars on track. Off the shelf parts will be functional but 'fairly subtle' allowing the car to be used on the road. Initially I'm making parts for the 03-05 Imprezas but will be expanding the range in the very near future.

The product range will include splitters, with or without air dams, diffusers, side skirt splitters, canards and gurney flaps. Initially I'm making parts for the 03-05 Imprezas but will be expanding the range in the very near future. I've bought a Focus ST to use as a demo for parts and I've got an Evo IIIIV coming in soonish.
I can also accommodate custom aero for those of you after something a bit different and will be undertaking carbon skinning for any parts that are just for show

Any diffusers for a 2002 bugeye

A functional diffuser is definitely on my list for the Blob, so should also fit your car. What sort of thing are you looking for?

Also would like a carbon diffuser for a classic

Front Splitter and rear diffuser for blob

Can I be cheeky and say do you have back round deals with aero/making parts ?

I don't have a professional background in it, but have made a few parts for myself and mates previously. All parts will be put through their paces on mine, and mates cars before being sold, in the hope that they do something positive

I will be after a full rear diffuser including the part that Go's over the exhaust

Been a while since I updated this so thought it was about time I took half an hour out to do so.

The 1st item we made was a full depth front splitter for the blob eye Impreza with support rods. Made from 3mm carbon and foam core sandwich. The benefit of this, is that it won't shatter and can be repaired if damaged. Anyway, pics











Next up was a set of side skirt extensions. Again, made from the same material. These are going to be modified slightly in the near future to give a bit more strength and put a little fence on the rear









Next up is not an aero product but a nice finishing touch to any track or show car, or even a name board for a kids bedroom. These are £50 for a pair in standard reg plate sizes or smaller, or £25 for a small name board. They can come with any colour or any font lettering

We have also had some blobeye fog ducts made in GRP which can be used to cool brakes or feed cold air into air filters or anything else you want. They're £200 for a pair unpainted

Finally, we are now authorised retailers of Carbon Collective detailing products and carry a large stock.
1st up are the Lusso shampoo at £10.95 and v2 snow foam at 8.95.


Next up we have REPEL fabric protectant which is £13.95 for a 200ml bottle. Repel is a hydrophobic textile coating which creates a protective barrier. Ideal for most fabric’s, including suede, alcantara & leather. Unlike many other fabric protectants, our coating bonds to individual fibres, allowing the textile to remain flexible and breathable. Being solvent based, the coating dries faster, penetrates deeper and will not alter the colour or finish of the fabric

Panel Prep surface cleanser is an alcohol based formula designed to remove all polish and wax residues to provide the perfect base for our protective coatings, creating a stronger and more durable bond - £6.95

In the middle you will see a carbon fibre spray bottle which can be filled with any product you like. These retail for £19.95


The exfoli-mitt is a easy to use version of the conventional clay bars and will save you hours. These are £13.95

The coating application kit comes with 1 block and 5 application wipes and is £4.95.

Next up, and my personal favourite products are these sealants. These can be used on virtually any exterior finish and provide a hydrophobic sealant which protects your, glass, paintwork, carbon, stainless, aluminium, bare metal, powder coating, etc from brake dust, tar, bird muck and much more.
1 application can last up to 2 years and the gloss they provide means there is no need for polishing or waxing

Made from carbon fibre and merino wool the wheel wand set is the perfect way to clean your wheels. No more cutting of knuckles trying to squeeze between the brakes and wheel barrel to get the awkward spot and are just £27.95 for a set of 3
