| Been on here a while now so thought it was about time I started a little project thread Bought the car from a guy in Gateshead with a few mods including ; 18" Revolution Millennium, Perrin Spoiler Stiffi's, BC Racing Coilvers, Whiteline Anti-lift kit, Invidia G200 3" exhaust system with Titanium Tailpipe, Ported headers, AEM Cold Air Kit and a few other bits, also remapped to 351bhp It looked like this [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I then got bored of the look and put some sticky tyres on and painted the wheels [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And went for a drive round Croft [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Then decided I needed more girth so got myself some Work Emotions in 18x9.5 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And added a carbon splitter which only lasted 10days or so, that's also the reason the front looks so high here [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Also added carbon mirrors and eventually got my centre caps and wheel nuts [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Then it got interesting - SC42 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]850cc Injectors [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Inlet [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]FMIC with fully DEI wrapped pipework [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Turbo mocked up on fully wrapped GT 2 spec headers and up pipe [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And new AEM intake, although I need to see if I can use the wing mounted one. And the bay needs a good tidy and wash [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]There are alot of other bits which have been that I don't have pictures of, but uprated fuel pump, clutch, waxoyl, MoT slips, tyres and brakes aren't too interesting to look at And that bring us up to date. Getting remapped on the 28th of this month By Duncan Graham so should have some more updates then Comments and criticisms welcome Kev | |

| Bigclarky - Mick Donoghue I presume you mean!? Yeah I am Steviedoo - Hoping for 420bhp but I'd be happy to break the 400mark Byers - It was actually the golden tickets from The Crystal Maze [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]And thanks for the positive comments | |

| Lovely motor Kev.. Not too keen about the wrapped intercooler piping But i must admit you have made a lot of other great modding choices and them white wheels look stunning bud Are they as dirty now as mine are they are a fookin nightmare to keep clean and yours look like a right pain to clean too lol good luck | |

| natski - The gold wrap is definitely a function over form choice, however, I like things to look right so I'll be having a tidy up of that and the rest of the engine bay when I get chance
Don't know about the wheels as I haven't seen the car in 3 months due to work, but they'll get a good cleaning when I get back. And thanks
stevep360 - Thanks mate

| Well today wasn't as successful as I'd hoped. The car made 366.5bhp @ 1.2bar then it started to sound rough so Duncan aborted the session. He thinks there is a crack in the up pipe, which has been on the car a total of 150miles. Not too good!
Need to take it all apart this week then have another go on the 11th

| Well as the car is out of action I took the opportunity to get a couple of things sorted A couple of pics of it on the rolling road first though [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]So I decided to roll my front arches [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Then changed my front bumper to allow more air to the intercooler Before [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]After [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Tomorrow it goes in to get it's issue looked for and hopefully sorted cheaply | |
